The experience

Harrison joined the team in late 2022 and was promoted to Executive Chef in January 2023. That July, the restaurant retained its Michelin star, and Harrison received the prestigious Michelin California Young Chef Award. One year later, in August, the restaurant earned its second Michelin star, followed by a Green Star in summer 2025.

Our dining experience reflects Harrison’s career to date, showcasing his personality and distinctive style through a 24-course menu. Inspired by the spirit of New Nordic cuisine and grounded in classical technique, the menu is guided by core values of sustainability and seasonality, with a focus on celebrating the abundance of Northern California’s produce.

Due to the complexity and seasonality of the menu, kindly understand that we are not always able to accommodate all requests. While we are always happy to welcome pescatarian and vegetarian diners with at least 48 hours’ notice, among other restrictions and combination of restrictions, do note that we are regrettably unable to accommodate 100% plant-based (vegan), dairy-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, salt-free and/or no-allium menus at this time.
